Qiqi’s Cosplay Medics return with their second pre-convention repair party: Con-Crunch Chapter 2! Sponsored by (and held at) Hue Cafe – Bandar Puchong Utama, the Cosplay Medics had a blast with everyone who attended.
Day 1 saw the Cosplay Medics handling repairs and decompressing with attendees of Con-Crunch. Hue Cafe is never short on fun, from traditional board games to a motion-controlled console system.
Day 2 was even better, as the Cosplay Medics hosted their second-ever workshop. Run by Cosplay Medic Skeleton (@top_hat_skeleton), the workshop focused on EVA Foam for cosplay builds. The easy-for-beginners workshop saw new cosplayers taking the awesome skills imparted on them home, and likely showcasing them at the next convention! Besides that, workshop attendees and guests who purchased RM5 worth of merchandise from Qiqi’s Cosplay Medics got to indulge in a lucky draw, with prizes sponsored by Noizu Studio. The day ended with a birthday celebration for Emily, whose birthday is in November!
Hue Cafe were an awesome host, sponsoring the venue of the cafe for the team to hold Con-Crunch, handing vouchers for workshop attendees, and even going as far as to provide each Cosplay Medic with their own tailored NFC Business Card by Smartbizlink.
