Foxxytong’s chef Susan uses different types of wines from many countries to cook with the dishes.
Good food is a culmination of many things. Understanding ingredients, pairing flavors, selecting the right seasonings, and perhaps adding a little creativity all go into a dish.
Cooking with alcohol is there to enhance flavors and aromas, such as through a sauce to complement the main components of a dish.
