24 October 2023, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur – RESONEX 2023 is back for the 2nd
year with many exciting business programs and activities, to be held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil
Exhibition Centre, 16 to 18 November 2023, 10am to 8pm daily.
RESONEX aims to become the leading trade expo for Retailers and SMEs to source for
products and services for their businesses. In this expo with close to 150 exhibiting booths, the
categories range from retail automation, point of sales system, customer service optimization
tools, food supply and equipment and many more.
RESONEX is thrilled to announce the co-hosting of Malaysia Open Barista and Latte Art
Championship with Barista Guild Asia which is one of the key highlights throughout the 3 days
expo. “This partnership marks a new milestone for RESONEX as we embark into an experiential
and engaging trade expo, bringing Retail Solution providers closer to cafe owners and coffee
enthusiasts mainly from the Gen Z category that would be looking for supplies and solutions to
start and enhance their Retail businesses”, said Ms. Judy Tam, the Co Founder of RESONEX at
the press conference held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
There will also be Retail related business talks organized, covering various topics from F&B,
Green Tech, Health and Wellness, Talent Hunt and Halal. The business talks will feature
industry experts from different Retail sectors which include Tune Protect, ipay88, Alpro,
Healthland, Old Town, KK Mart, Masverse and HQC Commerce.
Aside from all that, culinary and baking demonstration, packaging design contest, halal global
brand awards, job matching program and independent artist performances are the many other
fun packed activities that you will only get to experience at RESONEX.
A MOU exchange ceremony was done at the press conference, forming of a strategic
collaboration with blockchain pioneers, Masverse. The power of blockchain in Retail helps to
create a secure and transparent platform for tracking and managing the flow of goods and
materials. The first Retail blockchain gallery wall will be displayed at the expo, in support of Zero
Fake Certificate Campaign.
